Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to feel confident when placing an order, and this policy explains your rights and our procedures in line with UK consumer law.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition that you received it

Return Shipping (Change of Mind)
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with UK law.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be:
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will offer either:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund
If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
3. Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
If a replacement is sent, no refund will be issued unless the replacement is also faulty.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used hair styling tools unless they are faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been:
• Used beyond reasonable inspection
• Damaged due to misuse
• Returned without original packaging
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
